How often should an air conditioner be serviced?

For most homes, once a year is enough. Commercial and high-use systems should be serviced every six months, and units in dusty or industrial environments even more frequently.

My aircon is running but not cooling. What is wrong?

The usual causes are low refrigerant gas from a leak, a blocked or dirty coil, a failing compressor or an electrical fault. We test the system and confirm the cause before quoting a repair.

Do you provide a quotation before starting work?

Always. After diagnosis you receive a written quotation setting out the work required and the price. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

Can you supply and install a new unit?
